Starting at the Schattberg X-press in Saalbach, the tour first leads through the pedestrian zone respectively the village road leading towards the Spielberghaus. Just before reaching the Spielberghaus you turn left into the gravel road in the direction of the Bernkogel. Subsequently, there is a new forest path leading from the middle station to the Wetterkreuz. From there the route will follow the single trail, first leading to the Reiteralm and then to the Reiterkogel middle station. Here the cyclist will have two options to continue downhill into the valley: Either you take the forest road into the direction of Hinterglemm and then carry on to Saalbach or try riding your mountain bike on the airy BLUE line with all its curves and jumps.
