Attractions
Oasis park in Fuerteventura holds a botanic garden and a zoo of an overall surface of 800.000qm, about 250 african, southamerican and canarian animal species and over 6.800 species of plants from all over the world. Furthermore the park offers various animal demonstrations. The reptile demonstration for example shows, amongs others, snakes, crocodiles and iguanas. The sea lion demonstration imparts interesting facts about sea mammals and the bird of prey demonstration introduces hawks, vultures, eagles and eurasion eagle-owls. Furthermore parrots get to show their special skills and their beautiful plumage.
The demonstrations take place two to four times a day.
Highlights
One of the special highlights of Oasis Park is the possibility to interact with sea lions and lemurs. For 45 min you get the chance to swim with the seals or visit the lemurs in their compound. In addition the park offers a camel safari, another great feature. Get on top of a camel and enjoy the view across the park and the atlantic ocean. Oasis Park in Fuerteventura holds the biggest herd of camels in Europe and therefore the safari is very popular. We recommend to buy your tickets right at the entry.
Special attractions for children
In addition children can enjoy themselves at playgrounds and the children's zoo. Even birthday parties can be organised. Oasis Park Fuerteventura provides bilingual camps for children to spend educational days and nights at the park.
