At a pleasant 32 degrees water temperature the little ones enjoy themselves in this children's paradise.

Outdoor alternation

In good weather, you can be outdoors in the spa's outdoor area. The 25 m x 12 m outdoor pool with a temperature of 27 degrees invites you to relax. There is also the possibility of a saltwater hydrotherapy, after which you can rest on the generously laid out lying surface. Even the little non-swimmers are provided with their own area again, which with its water fountains and slides once again provides action. For a small extra charge you can also rent sunshades and deckchairs to make the day under the sun perfect. You can also use one of the large saltwater pools located right next to the outdoor pool.

Free salt sauna

The sauna landscape of the Septimia Spa is rather clear, but offers a good addition to the large wellness offer and the various other treatments. In the finnish sauna you can sweat at 70 to 100 degrees or enjoy the somewhat moderate temperatures of 30 to 35 degrees in the infrared sauna. In addition, there is also a salt sauna here to match the centre of gravity of the entire facility. This is offered every morning at 6.30 a.m. completely free so that you can test the effect first of all. After the respective sauna sessions you should in any case take advantage of a further treatment for house regeneration or simply for further care, which is even more intensive due to aromatic notes of coffee and honey or even cocoa butter

The Septimia Spa's wellness facility specializes in the so-called salt therapy and uses the medical and cosmetic benefits that the ancient Romans already appreciated. There is a salt room here, where you take in the healthy air via the airways and do something for your health automatically. With a constant humidity of 70 % to 80 % you strengthen your lungs and at the same time your immune system, so that this treatment is worthwhile in every respect. This is particularly helpful for visitors with asthma or other allergies. But the positive effects of salt also help against stress, because it also has an effect on the nervous system.

Classical and Exceptional

Besides this special feature, the spa's massage offer also offers you a great variety. Here you will encounter classics such as the Hot Stone Massage, which pampers you with the warmth of the stones within a good 1.5 hours.
