The webcam is located directly at the Kiel Canal, which connects the North Sea through the mouth of the Elbe with the Baltic Sea at the Kiel Fjord. You can see the Holtenau locks, the lock basin and the lock island. You also get a view of the Kiel Inner Fjord. Since the camera rotates, you always have a different perspective.
