Since the opening of the Schaffelbad in 1978, health has had a very high priority at the Therme Loipersdorf. The thermal water is pumped upwards from a depth of 1600 metres and not only actively helps to reduce stress but also promotes the healing of joint and spinal diseases and other health problems.

Saunas for all needs

The thermal baths in Loipersdorf offer everything sauna fans love. Two sauna landscapes are available for wellness lovers. The sun sauna with six different saunas is located in the thermal bath and is included in the basic price. The Schaffelbad is the exclusive sauna world of the Therme Loipersdorf. On more than 8500 ^m2 there are 14 saunas, just as many relaxation pools, indoor and outdoor areas and lots of relaxation rooms waiting to be discovered. Sauna keeps you healthy

Every first Friday of the month there is a special treat for all sauna lovers: On this day you can stay in the sauna until 1 a.m. and let yourself be inspired by extraordinary infusions. Once you've sweated enough, you can use the Grander drinking fountain's liquid or simply relax in one of the relaxation rooms.

By the way: Admission to the Loipersdorf spa health centre is not linked to admission to the spa and is open to everyone, preferably by appointment.

If you arrive by car, the best way to reach the Therme from Graz is via the southern part of the A2 motorway in the direction of Vienna. Leave the motorway at the Ilz-Fürstenfeld-Loipersdorf exit and follow the signs to the thermal baths.

If you are coming from Vienna, take the A2 in the direction of Graz and take the same exit.
