Most parts in the south, east and west are covered with clouds today, with a high near 14 °C. In the north, the forenoon is mostly cloudy, refreshed with some occasional rain in the midday. Scattered showers are expected to give way to some clouds in the evening. A light west breeze brings along balmy temperatures.
