A ticket is required to cross the suspension bridge and must be booked exclusively in advance online, as access is only permitted within designated time slots.
The ticket also includes access to the Paiva Walkways.

The suspension bridge is open year-round and only closes to visitors on Christmas Eve.
The opening hours listed apply to the main season from May through September.
From November to March the bridge is open 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
In April and October, hours are 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
