Swimming Lake
In the northwest of the village Albrechtsberg you will find the recreation pond, popular not only with the locals. With its spacious sunbathing areas and the quiet water area, the swimming pond offers the best conditions for a relaxing stay.
A separate area for the little ones and a floating jetty guarantee fun for the whole family. When the weather is fine, a buffet provides a little refreshment in between.
During the holiday season we offer games and fun, and we also organise pond and delicacy festivals.
In the winter months, curling is possible with sufficient thickness of the ice layer!
Things to do
At the Albrechtsberg recreation pond there is a diving tower. A small raft island was also created in the middle of the pond and serves as a sun lounger or playground in the middle of the water. Two wooden walkways were also installed at the edge of the lake.
A swing and a small play tower for all children were also built on the lush lawn. A small kiosk in the changing house will take care of your physical well-being.

- The nearby playground caters to kids of all age groups, ensuring unbridled fun.

How to get there
The recreation pond is located at the western edge of the municipality Albrechtsberg at the Große Krems in the Waldviertel. The lake is signposted within the municipality. There is a parking lot directly at the bathing pond Albrechtsberg.
