Reaching a high near 21 °C, the weather in the north, south and east is going to be partly cloudy today. The west will be partly cloudy in the morning. In the noon, the weather changes, giving way to fog patches. Fog patches will make for a quite uncomfortable start to the day. Clouds and fog will break in the evening and give way to determined sunshine. Temperatures are not far from normal, but the breeze from the east keeps it from feeling as warm as it could if there were no wind.
