Tickets are available from the ticket machine at the north portal of the bridge and at the visitor centre. However, children's and group tickets are only available at the visitor centre. Please note: The visitor centre is only open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in winter!

The bridge is open daily all year round.
Children up to the age of 14 may only cross the bridge if accompanied by a supervisor!
Dogs are not allowed on the bridge (exceptions only for small breeds, which must be carried while crossing).
In the event of storms, hail, thunderstorms or heavy rain, the bridge must be left immediately and without being asked.
