Mainly, the sculptures are artworks by Austrian artists as Fritz Wotruba, Franz West, and Erwin Wurm. But one will also discover sculptures by internationally known sculptors, such as Nancy Rubins, Tobias Tehberger or Yoko Ono. The sculptures in the park harmoniously fit into the landscape. The collection consists of both abstract sculptures and everyday objects. And what is more, is that it constantly keeps growing.
Special guided tours and events regularly take place here.
The Austrian Sculpture Park was opened in 2003. It is located 7 km (4.35 mi) southwards from Graz.
The park was created by landscape architect Dieter Kienast and accommodates more than 60 sculptures distributed on an area larger than 7 ha (17.3 ac).
