Route description
Like many other trails around the small but beautiful river Ilz, this hike brings you peace and quiet within a calming and natural landscape. You hike along the tracks of Ilzbahn train, through the woods and along the river. If the weather is good, you can end the tour with a jump into the river at the local swimming area.

- You're traveling a distance of 4 km on this easy trail. The hike is therefore not too long. The average length of all hikes in Bavaria is 43 km.

Getting here
Fischhaus is located between Ruderting and Hutthurm, which are easily accessible via B85 and B12. From either of those towns, follow the signs to Fischhaus.
