Description & Details

Relax at the brine pool
© Ostsee Therme Usedom Relax at the brine pool

Baltic Sea Spa Usedom is located right in the middle of the famous spas „3 Kaiserbäder“, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and Bansin. Relaxation, fun and wholesome water containing iodine are waiting for you. The iodine itself is acquired from a 408m deep source. It contains mineral trace elements and other valuable substances and is therefore used  for therapeutic purposes.

Not only adults but also children will love it here. A water playground and a kids' pool with spouting animals are provided to entertain the youngest visitors as well as a larger pool with two slides and a grotto, a brine pool, a sports pool and an outdoor pool.

If you get hungry get some food at the bistro. For each 5€ spent, 20 additional minutes will be credited to your time available at the spa.

For more relaxation, Baltic Sea Spa Usedom offers a glassed silence room from where you are able to overlook the whole spa. Equipped with massaging loungers and an infrared cabin the silence room supports your well-being.

An extraordinary feature is the 20m high observation tower located right next to the spa, from where you have a wonderful view across the high coast of the village Misdroy in Poland up to the pier in Heringsdorf.

Or get sweating at the 80°C/176°F hot sauna where infusions take place every half an hour. Visitors who love it even hotter should try our two hut saunas with a temperature between 90°-110°C/194-230°F. In one of the hut saunas infusions take place four times a day, alternating brine, honey, salt and ice infusions. To cool down after sauna use our tube or bucket showers or even the cold water diving pool.
