Route description
The marvellous Kölblegg path leads through the meadows of Carezza.Route: Nova Levante/Welschnofen - cable car – Malga Frommer – path n. 1A – Frin – path. 16 direction Hotel Moseralm with possibility of a side trip to the Malga Heinzen – path. 16B – after Hotel Moseralm turn left – path n. 9 – via Nigra – path n. 1A – Jolanda Inn – Malga Frommer – cable car.

- Hiking boots are not required, but the hike might be more enjoyable with sturdy footwear (especially in wet conditions). If you get hungry along the way, there are places to rest and get food. Nevertheless it’s recommended to also have enough water and food in your backpack when hiking or biking.
Getting here
Take highway´s exit “Bolzano Nord/Eggental”, turn right direction Bolzano/Bozen, after about 0,5 km on roundabout keep left and head towards Val d’Ega (SS 241). Keep driving up to Ponte Nova. At Ponte Nova’s crossroads, turn to the left and continue to Nova Levante (about 20 min. from highway toll booth).
